On the podcast this week, Rob and Meghan talked with Cate Brinnon, owner of Kai Yoga in Downtown Fairborn. Cate has a great story that took her from Urbana, Ohio, to Washington, DC, and now to a second-floor studio where she teaches yoga to a community of people she adores.
Her story is filled with political figures, Hollywood Actors, the Dean of Colleges, and, yes, the occasional ordinary person on the street. What is most impressive about Cate is not the spectacular nature that has filled her life; it is her love, passion, and willingness to do what is good, just, and right in this world.
