Episode 6: In this episode, the host, Angie Gust, continues discussing John Travis’s 12 dimensions of wellness as a way to improve your own personal health and wellness. This episode focuses on feeling and how to be truly well, it is important to express all of your feelings. She also discusses the outcome of the Climate Action Summit held in New York on September 23rd which unfortunately, was less than stellar. Several personal actions are suggested, such as reducing consumption of single-use plastics, so that everyone can be part of the solution.
